Into about me, my mistakes and some goals I have

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I'm 27 years old living in the Netherlands and I've been lurking around this forum and on youtube for a while now. I'm very embarrased to admit I've made a stupid mistake about 6 months ago when I started my first steroid cycle by indeed trusting blindly on a 'friend' instead of doing solid research like I should have done. My apologies for being among those that contribute to putting steroid and stroid users into a negative spotlight.

That said, I'm very, very grateful for the youtube videos and this forum and I've learned ALOT. I won't be doing another cycle in the near future but I will continue to educate myself so that if I ever do this again I will do it responsibly with respect for the substances and concern for my overal well-being.

COMPLETE stats;

Age: 27
Height: 178cm
Weight: 75kg
Body fat %: 12%
Years of training: 2 years
Complete cycle history One (deca) cycle total. 2x Test E @ 2x 250mg/wk + deca @ 2x 250mg/wk for a total of 12 weeks
PCT for each cycle Nolva: 30mg @ wk 14.
20mg @ wk 15 and 16.
10mg @ wk 17,18.

Goals Become stronger, harder and improve my endurance. Some size is welcome but not a necessary goal
Supplements (if any) Whey, Casein, Creatine, Multivitamins, Omega 3 fishoil caps, BCAA caps
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???) no allergies
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)none ever


The mistake I made with steroids is that I thought I could 'cheat' my way into gaining a few kilos quickly and not deal with any problems.

I have a 'thin' or a 'smaller' frame compared to most people. so despite my weight, even back then I didn't really look that skinny but I wanted to pack some more. I had a 'friend' that uses steroids on a rather regular basis. It was basically the classic ''look at me, you wanna be like me? listen to me bro and take my word as gospel'' Boy was I stupid. Absolutely stupid!

Yes, I did in fact gain quite some weight thanks to the deca cycle I ran. I was around 69kg when I did that and I'm still on 75kg now. But now, I'm just really worried that I ruined 'something' by running absolutely nothing but some nolva as my pct. Mind you my libido was fine both during the cycle and pct and still is. I doubt that's a good enough indication though.

I plan on getting bloodwork done because I want to know what I did and wether I did some (permanent) damage. Is there anything else that would be recommended?

welcome to isarms brother, great to have you... noone is going to be comfortable telling you to do anything without blood work... what if someone gives you the wrong info considering certain symptoms coincide with many different types problems... if we give you the wrong info on guess work, it could make things worse bro.. get your bloodwork and then we can help
 
welcome aboard bro, sounds like you've been learning things the hard way - your PCT was pretty feeble - but you're in the right place now. I hope the 20 year olds who come here determined to start a cycle read your post as they might learn something from it themselves.
 
Bloodwork is here to start bud. Get that done and get back to us, then we should be able to help you out with all of it
