you havent done any research on your own whatsoever.. thats not good at all... i dont think you have any business using steroids whatsoever with less than zero knowledge, thats not how this works.. YOU do A LOT of research on your own first THEN you ask questions, not just ask someone when you have no clue whatsoever and then expect them to just sit and tell you everything... i dont know anyone thats going to do that man

Ya man gotta do a lil research first and more info needed in regaurds to stats and training goals. 4 years workouts doesn’t really give much to work with
