Surfing the web I found an interesting lil trick. While pinning difficult injection sites like delts or glute and u want a bullseye try this. Take you syringe with needle cap ON and press hard in the precise spot u wish to inject. When u pull away you'll have a bullseye on your skin that'll last up to 4 minutes. .dead on injection spot everytime!

Well me personally, I done pinned bout every area there at one time or another. ..but itll help avoid the nerve areas and if your strictly a delt pinner and your using a short ester it might help u avoid hitting the same spot twice. Sometimes when I pin it seems like im in a good spit then I look in the mirror and im like damn I should of went 2 inches to the left. But anyway might help some people out?
