I'm new to isarms so I thought I'd say a little about me. i have been lifting for almost thirteen years, which started with a huge weight loss story (almost 100lbs). Was all natural until I decided I wanted to step into the world of bodybuilding.
Went from 274lbs down to 180 over 16 months through meal prep roughly seven years ago.

Doing a competition this year and in need of a new source! Wondering if anyone's got some reputable directions to point me in.
