I have been on hrt/cypionate/ 200mg/every 7-10 like clock work. Yes it was legit. At the age of 38 now my levels were around 168-224. Now I'm the 600-700 at the age of 40. What's next for maintaining. I see so many different things online or word of mouth. So far I'm liking the mk-2866. Every 6-8 months I go for blood work. Estro level are in range. Red count and everything else. Apparently I've always had a issue with my test worked out all my life and would give it up after hitting the wall shortly there after hrt has put me on my game physically and personally. Basically just look for knowledge on preventive maintenance. All advice is welcome. Not looking start steroids cycles. Which seen like you need a degree to figure out. Just basics. Thank you in advance.

This covers everything you are asking in detail, provides the reasoning behind it and what to expect and to use... I have a PERFECT way to run this year round with minimal breaks... you can run this with only 4 week breaks in between and right back on with NO CONCERN whatsoever like you would have with steroids... this is the layout i recommend

1-12 test cyp 200 mg week
1-12 aromasin (as needed)
1-12 provrion 50 mg day (optional)
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

I think you are on the right track with adding in sarms to your TRT regiment. What you can do is expand on that a bit further and do a sarms stack. You can run it up to 12 weeks before taking a 4-8 week break and going back on it again. The sarms super stack added to your TRT would be your best bet. It will take your gains to a new level, along with helping shed unwanted bodyfat

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
 
As a side note what would be a recommendation for the wife that trains with me hard and just cannot shake that last bit of baby weight. She goes up in weight lifting, but so how maintains the same body weight. Had her get blood work all in check.

What does her diet look like? That's going to be the biggest piece to the puzzle here. With diet in check, adding in GW at 20mg per day would certainly help her considerably. If she is interested in adding some lean muscle mass as well she could use MK-2866 at 12.5mg ED and S4 at 25mg ED to start, with the possibility of increasing dose as she sees fit

sarms are more than ideal for her here... she will be able to rid herself of any excess fat areas and still maintain or build lean muscle in the process as well as increasing her strength at a rapid rate... here is the layout for here

Excuse my ignorance the 1-12 and 1-14 means what exactly. Also what recommendations do you have for buying the supplements
 
Also I read the article good info but leads me to the question. I'm I not suppose to be dosing once a week consistently and should be taking a break for 4 weeks.

with sarms an trt, you can run them the length listed, take 4 weeks from them while continuing trt and then starting them again with trt...

those are week numbers. when you get to the end you can take a 4 week break just as a precaution to prevent your body from acclimating to the sarms.
