I'm taking 10mgs of cardarine gw per day but I heard I need to increase the dose, can I increase gw dose much higher to lets say 40mgs? or is there a limit on the dosing?

Max dose of cardarine is 20mgs/ed.
No need to go over 20mg to 30mg of cardarine the benefits will not increase when you go past this optimal dosing for gw501516. 20mg per day of gw-501516 is all you need to get the maximum benefits this drug can provide.
While it is quite safe to take these huge dosages of Cardarine GW, it is completely pointless. It has already been proven that the biggest efficient dosage is 20 mgs ED. Dosages any higher than that will give minimal improvements compared to 20 mgs, so there is no need to use any more than that. You will save money this way.
