How bad is the lethargy on mk677?

Anyone taking it at the moment? Seems like a cheaper alternative to proper hgh. I'm not really considering it right now as I've got my pharmacom + mission cycle just how I like it, but I was curious if people are using it and getting lethargy, if they have dropped down to 12.5 and see if it was substantially better.

25mg of sarmx mk677 is approximately equal in effects to about 4ius of growth right?

bro, converting it to actual hgh is IMPOSSIBLE to say and i have no clue where you got that number... its the next best and closest thing to using actual hgh...

the lethargy does not last long and for some, they don't even experience it... it happens with hgh too.. your body acclimates to it and then it stops... some only have it for a few days and some have had it for 3-4 weeks but generally it would fall into the 2 week range on average and once you get past that point, its absolutely amazing...

I'm on day 27 of MK-677 I have had no sides...no hunger...no lethargy...no water retention....I also have seen no change in positives either, but this early it's not even expected so I'm not concerned..

I only had the lethargy for about a week on it.The hunger issues lasted almost a month(it still hits me on & off) & the bloating was for a week also. The bloating can be controlled by upping your potassium intake & lowering your sodium.
I've been on MK-677 since this past June.

What are your positives or is it still too soon?

The first thing I noticed after about a month was my skin, nails & hair were in better condition; Also I noticed I had to shave more often.Next was the decreased recovery time between workouts. It's so slow & gradual,it's hard to notice but it's there.

Hard to say the changes I'm going through has anything to do with 677 but the bucket load of sarms on I'm there is shit brewin under my skin man....lol

Yeah I could imagine.I would say the VERY first thing I noticed was my skin just looked & felt tighter & healthier.

I've been on MK-677 for a good 8 weeks now and never experienced lethargy at all, but seeing some nice changes in body composition, fullness, awesome pumps, and some incredible sleep

While I had horrible sides from mk, the lethargy only hit me first day, fine after that.

Recovery between hard workouts was better on mk. I miss that.

Hmm interesting. Recovery is super important for me. At the moment I can't go from weights to Judo to weights again at the moment, the DOMS never goes away. I just walk around sore constantly. Hopefully as I get further into my cycle it will get better. Just waiting for that test to kick in to see how my recovery improves. I could probably up my calories a bit too. I'm shooting for 2600 at the moment but I missed my target a few days last week. If my recovery isn't any better 6 weeks in, I'm hitting up the sarms I think.

yes bro, mk2866 will make recovery in terms of doms, far easier for you as will 677... GW will help you crush through sets without needing half the recovery time in between...

Sarms would definitely improve recovery big time, but I have to ask....how often are you training each bodypart and how much volume are you doing?
