I'm Male, 6.2 218lbs 17% body fat and my goal is cutting down to 10% and I just got my cycle of Cardarine - S4 - Ostarine (as you recommended in one of yours videos). So my question is: on this cycle can I work my muscles twice per week like
Monday - Back and Biceps
Tuesday- Chest and triceps
Wednesday - legs and shoulders
Thursday off
and than repeat all over again.
Or I need focus on Cardio 3 days of the week like
Monday - Back and Biceps
Tuesday - cardio-abs
Wednesday - chest and triceps
Thursday - cardio - abs
Friday - Legs and shoulders
Saturday - cardio and abs
Sunday - off
