Help with Sarms Cycle

Hello Dylan, Thank you for all the info that you provide to us. I'm Male, 6.2 218lbs 17% body fat and my goal is cutting down to 10% and I just got my cycle of Cardarine - S4 - Ostarine (as you recommended in one of yours videos). So my question is: on this cycle can I work my muscles twice per week like
Monday - Back and Biceps
Tuesday- Chest and triceps
Wednesday - legs and shoulders
Thursday off
and than repeat all over again.
Or I need focus on Cardio 3 days of the week like
Monday - Back and Biceps
Tuesday - cardio-abs
Wednesday - chest and triceps
Thursday - cardio - abs
Friday - Legs and shoulders
Saturday - cardio and abs
Sunday - off
I really appreciate if you can give me your advice on this. tks
 
bro, quality of your sarms is imperative or your just wasting your time... where did you get them?

on your workout, you need to do the two body part days like you said but for your goals, you also need to do cardio 4-5 days a week, 30-45 minutes each session... steady state and hiit...
