Nobody here is going to laugh at you brother. You are very lean, and have obviously put in some work, and great job for that! What exactly can we help you with? Do you have any specific questions?
 
People only encourage each other hear bro. And what's there to laugh about you are very lean. Just gotta put some mass on and you will be g2g.
 
No one will laugh at you here man everyone here is to help each other out. I am new to AAS and I'm 43 and I have asked some questions that could of been laughed at on other forums but here at AR they will help you don't be hard on yourself just ask away and what are your goals?
 
welcome to adrenaline rush brother... im extremely happy your here and looking for help and guidance... you cannot find a better place for that.. LISTEN CLOSELY... NOONE AND I MEAN NO FUCKING ONE WILL LAUGH AT YOU PERIOD... If they do, then they answer to me... I am the kindest and most family oriented you will find but i react quick and harsh for anything of that sort so do not every worry about that... Let me know and all of us, what you need help with bro... ask specific questions and you will get all the answers you need!
 
I really want more mass, I cannot bulk and if I could bulk then cutting would be a breeze cuz I have such a small appetite. I need help. I'm stuck. Never used any aas before and I'm 31 years old. I wish I could just get up to 160

I am horrible with the diet. Its an area where for some reason I ask that same question over and over. I have been waking up to a mass gainer with whole milk, and two nutrigrain bars, around 1000 calories. Then I am just snacking on whatever all day. I know how this sounds now that in telling someone... Wrong.... But to be honest I then have been drinking another mass gainer and then oatmeal or mini wheats before bed. I usually have a hamburger at lunch. I wish I could drink all my cals or there was a easy way to increase my appitite. I need help but I know this isn't easy. It's up to me to eat.

Yeah, you probably need to get an idea of what your macros are (fats/proteins/carbs) doesn't appear you are overweight though :)

It may be that you have a really high metabo and need a specific strategy.. diet is like 90% of it.
What does your work out look like? Do you do A lot of cardio?

Chek out this old book, its a good guide but there is no magic bullet

if you can, keep track of what your entire day looks like and then post it up in the diet and training section.. YOU CANNOT DEPEND ON MASS GAINERS TO GAIN WEIGHT... those are complete garbage and not the way to do it... your diet is where it starts.. you cannot use steroids being that far underweight... you will cause yourself more harm than help and will lead to injury and frequent problems with joints and bones etc... post up this info first so we can help you properly...
