When should we take HCG? Some say it should be taken at the end of our cycle till u start pct and some say it should be taken with pct.
Please help me out with this

If you take HCG it would be the past two weeks of your cycle and then another additional two weeks while esters clear before pct starts. Never take it in pct.

However there is a safer alternative to hcg that we recommend and that is Post CT https://www.dganutrition.com/post-ct

if you do use it, its the last four weeks of your cycle right up until pct but you really do not even need it as rick pointed out... go to the link he listed and read about post ct replacing hcg...

Absolutely never in PCT. HCG is suppressive of natural testosterone production so you would actually be hindering recovery.
