Dear Dylan
I had used SARMs , Ligandrol earlier for two consecutive months.
Now I am feeling a little lump under right chest nipple with slight pain .
I tried Tamoxifen Citrate 20 mg daily for three weeks,but the situation neither got better nor worsened i.e situation remained the same.
Now I am taking Letrozole 2.5 mg daily since 4 days.
Please advise what shall I do.
Shall I increase the dose and how many days shall I take.
I am worried and stopped gyming since two months.

Please advice.

you need to get bloodwork NOT GUESSWORK... where did you get your sarms from?

As noted, you need to get your bloods pulled. Clearly something is off. Get blood work done so you can address the issue instead of shooting in the dark.
