Couple of quick questions with regard to GW501516 and cardio.

If I do fasted cardio in the early am but my lifting 4 times a week in the late afternoon/early evening, is it the accepted norm to just take the GW first thing in the morning everyday?

I'm interested to know what the effect GW has with little to no cardio.(I understand the full benefits of GW come when used in conjunction with cardio) but really interested in anyone here who uses it and does very little or no cardio. I wonder if GW would still work in cutting, just not quite as well.

gw works anywhere.

Although its effectiveness is as a PED to increase performance, whether that is weights, or cardio, or whatever.

take it when you are doing cardio bro...

if you are not using it for cardio it still has drastic effects when lifting... this lovely concept of muscular endurance, which is so key to your lifting performance... your recovery time in between sets will be very minimal and the amount of output you can push will be unlike anything you could have ever done without it...
 
www.sarmsx.com has the highest quality gw you can find... you can run it 16 weeks and if ran alone, it does not require any pct... you take 2-3 weeks off and can start it again...
 
Whether doing cardio or not, GW still shines. I'm sure some will chime in here that have used GW and tell you that it really takes workouts with weights to a whole new level. Recovery time between sets is much better, and you get much less winded. GW keeps you lean while bulking and if you are in a caloric defecit it helps accelerate fat loss considerably whether you do cardio or not. Obviously cardio endurance benefits are nice with it, but you still get all the benefits whether you do cardio or not
 
I don't do any cardio, and am in love with what gw does for my workouts! I started a stack two and a half weeks ago, and the gw definitely makes a big difference. When I would get gassed at 8-9 reps, I can push through to 11-12. I also recover quicker between sets. Gw is a definite must for any further stack I do. Side note, it also tastes pretty good

I took it in the mornings and worked out, did cardio and cardio again in the afternoons for a few weeks and it will still be in your system
