GW and anti-catabolic effects?

First off I'd like to say I love reading things on these forums and really enjoy the feedback and responses that are given! Quick question on gw. I know it has anti-catabolic effects, however, to what extent? I'm currently in a caloric deficit but am thinking of going into a much higher caloric deficit, will gw still keep me from going catabolic to any respectable degree? Should I up the dose to 30 mg from 20 mg once going into the bigger caloric deficit to maintain my muscle? I am doing boat loads of cardio and put together with my diet and I'd hate losing muscle along the way. Currently I have just started taking 20 mg a day, and would be stacking it with other things but for now GW is all I have for the next few months because I am in a really bad situation (financially) so it is all I can really afford for the moment. Any input is appreciated, thank you.

Too much of a deficit is going to cause muscle loss. Stacking it with Ostarine is what I would recommend if you are going to be in a deficit like you're saying.

I know what it's like to be strapped for cash but if you want to keep mass I wouldn't got into too far of a deficit. Lower carbs and fat of you have to do it with food

bro you need to understand something, it doesnt make a difference what your taking, if your eating at a massive deficit, your probably going to lose some muscle... thats common sense... now, sarms in general were designed to prevent muscle wastage but you have to be realistic as well... you can't expect magic from things when your going to an extreme... it will definitely keep it to a minimum and GW is absolutely anti catabolic but you would want to add s4 and mk2866 if your eating at a massive deficit... just run a basic triple stack... DO NOT raise the dose of GW... don't be one of those morons that lives by more is better and then finds out that more is absolutely not better and just leads to more problems... raising the dose is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE RIGHT ANSWER... YOU COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG ON THAT

gw is a good product but remain with the proper dosage. If gw is all you have then do not go drastic on your calorie deficit. GW is not the best of the sarms when it comes to muscle sparing.Get in a 500 calorie deficit and take the gw.It will give you a capacity to do more cardio.Loose extra weight the cardio route..NOT the calorie route.

GW works good for fighting catabolism with its nutrient partitioning abilities as well as its abilities to lower cortisol. However, you can't expect it to be something that will safeguard you from muscle loss by going into an extreme deficit. It doesn't work that way. You still need to maintain the proper caloric range and macros for fat loss while maintaining muscle. GW is a fat loss aid that works really well, but it doesn't mean you can't lose muscle on it. You absolutely can if you drop your cals too low
