GW-510516 dosing for distance runners

Hi,
I am using the endurance stack from SarmsX

Regarding the dosing of GW-510516 I've read some of the great advice on here from Dylan and others that you're best taking 20mg 30 mins before your workout or first thing in the morning on rest days.
If I'm running twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, should I do anything different?

Still take it 30 mins before my am workout, or split it down to 10mg before each run? My harder runs are always in the evening. Would I be better taking it all at once before these and nothing in the morning?

Gw has a long half life of 24 hours. Continue to dose in the am the full 20mg each day

gw and eq go together like peanut butter and jelly... you should always run gw when you use eq... the best steroid for endurance and the best compound anywhere for endurance together... yea, you have to experience that for yourself...

take it before your morning workout bro... it has a long half life and you will be still tearing it up in the later session as well...
