Hey guys, one question regarding GW; I've been using GW for about a month now, and I know it is recommended to take within 30 min pre workout, and in the am on non training days.
So my question is: If I work later shifts and say I do my workout around 6 or 7pm after work and I take GW 30 min prior, but on the days when I'm not working out would taking in GW in the AM so around 7 am or so affect dosages and effectiveness being that GW is said to have a half life of 20-24 hours?
