I'm about to start a cycle of test 500mg per week and stacking GW-501516 for 12 weeks. I've noticed most sarms pct stacks sold online include GW-501516. What properties make GW-501516 succesful in post cycle. I was considering taking liquidAro(Exemestane) throughout my cycle but is it necessary if I'm taking GW-501516 the entire time. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated

Yea you want to take Aromasin from day one of your cycle to avoid estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention. Cardarine will in no way will protect you against sides of Test. Aromasin is a MUST a good dose is 12.5 mg EOD. good luck

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…
 
Ok awesome thanks for the good advice. I will look into MK as well. So Dylan do you advice taking the liquidAro as well through the my cycle? I've seen in most stacks it is only in PCT

Where did you see it only being in Pct? Anytime there is ever testosterone or other aromatizing compounds in a cycle, we have always recommend Aromasin for estrogen control the whole cycle AND PCT.
 
I'll just use sarmsx.com for example since that seems to be the most popular site. Not one of there stacks includes aromasin. I figured since it was so important it would be included in there stacks. For a newbie like me I wouldn't even think of it without asking that's why I did. But now that I know I will make sure I include it in every cycle from now on

Bro you are highly confusing here. If you are talking about sarms cycles, you do not need Aromasin during that cycle, or the pct either. There are two different pct.

This one is for a sarms only cycle

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Ok I'm a little confused myself. So you don't need aromasin with just sarms. I thought with any ped's you would need them. That makes sense now then. So where I'm taking testosterone I need aromasin because of of the estrogen conversion. With sarms there isn't any I assume. Told you I was a newbie.
So that pct stacks you outlined is sarms based. Would that still be affective pct with Test?
 
Actually better question. Would the LiquiAro, LiquiClo, LiquiNol be effective with Test. Or only sarms

Here is a easy diagram for a beginner. Add 20 mg Cardarine ED and that will be what your running. Hope this helps. Only I would run test E or C

No you don't need Aromasin with just sarms, but once you add in testosterone you need Aromasin on cycle and your pct becomes the full pct because of using testosterone which is this

Had another quick question. I'm able to get my hands on arimadex. Just wondering if that alright to take instead of the LiquiAro/Aromasin. If so how much do I take daily. Just a refresh I'm doing a 12 week cycle of test 500mg and GW-501516

yes, thats completely fine... .5 mg eod and assess from there...
