yes, absolutely.. you have to continue training at that level though... if you start to slow down or slack off then you are not going to hold it... to maintain it, you have to keep pushing like you were when on using it... that's the key to it...

it can but its quite dicey... for me, i would not risk it because you have no clue what you are getting... i made a post a few months back about work being done to perfect the capsules ensuring they are just as effective and its still in testing phase but all signs as of now are pointing to it being on point... the testing is very thorough though and everything needs to be done with full precision...
