Guidance on first cycle

I've been doing a lot of research over the past week and I've learned enough to know that I can use the steds but I didn't trust a single site until I saw Dylan's vids on youtube.

I've veen watching Dylan's and I seriously want to say that he's won my trust and confidence to seek genuine advices and join the community.

I am 24 years old and I'm 5'9, 143lbs and 12% body fat. I've been training for few years now (2 years on and off and then consistent training last winter). The only issue I seem to have is my metabolism. My body is a monster. I eat over 5 meals a day of protein, carbs and fat just so my body burns that off instead of my carbs.

I really want to start the cycle as soon as possible and need a genuine dealer in UK. Im also going on holiday in 2 weeks time as well.

Plus when is it best to start? I really wanted to start as soon as possible, do the first week of cycle, go on holiday and as soon when I'm back I want to continue with it. Is this a good idea?

No. U cant start one week then stop and then start back.
and ur way to small to use. U need to gain weight naturally first. And thats gona take high calories and protien. ..if 5 meals a day not working then eat 7 or 8 .
u haven't worked out long enough to even build a solid base yet. I advise u not go on roids yet. If u do you stand a high chance of hurting yourself in the long run

Hey brother, first of all welcome to the forum. You are in the right place to get the best help you deserve. I think you are getting a bit ahead of yourself here buddy. There are a few things we need to address before you start a cycle. Your stats indicate that you haven't really built a good natural foundation, which is extremely important before using steroids. You have a lot of natural growth potential ahead of you.

We need to really concentrate on working on your diet. If you can't get that right, a cycle won't do anything for you. I know you claim a fast metabolism, but that can be overcome easily by eating enough. If you aren't gaining, eat more. It's really as simple as that. I really want to see a good layout of your current diet so we can help critique it. There are ab joust a lot of holes that need addressed here, and we can help you fix that.

I can't recommend any sort of AAS cycle to you at this time. The only option for you right now is to run a sarms stack, which is actually the most ideal way to enter the world of anabolics anyways. They work great for adding lean mass and strength while dropping bodyfat....all without the suppression and side effects of AAS. Here is the protocol for the most ideal stack, the sarms super stack.

You also don't want to start any cycle, including this sarms stack if you are going to be going on vacation in a couple weeks. That would not be the best way to capitalize on the cycle and defeats the purpose of being on cycle in the first place

I am quite lean compared to what my weight is. People dont believe I'm only 143lbs.

What would the ideal weight and BF be before I can consider using test e?

Well, as a reference, I'm the same height as you and I started my first cycle at around 175 lbs and 10% bodyfat.

The main thing here buddy, is getting your diet right. I can't stress that enough. Steroids honestly do nothing at all without the right diet. If you cant gain naturally, then you won't gain on steroids either.

but u need to be completely maxed out at ir natural capabilities before u start. Regardless if its 175 pounds or 220.
 
lil bro-you need to do some heavy lifting. What is your workout? Once you have a good workout going then you want to start slamming about 200 grams of protein, and enough carbs, fats and calories to have you gaining about 1 lb every week or so. Here is what you need in order to gear up. 1) have some good solid slabs of muscle in place. This means looking pretty good. 2) 10% or lessBF and 3) Be over 22.
If you need diet help or routine help just post. Then when we set you up with gear you will take off. And do not think that gear is going to substitute for hard work. NO... you will have to work harder with gear.
 
My diet is set like this:

Porridge with semi skimmed milk as breakfast
1 pint milk and at least 100-200+ oatmeal.

3 hours later I have lunch:
Jacket potato with chopped boiled chicken and american sauce and pasta with roast chicken (this is a lunch enough to make me almost bloat)

Or i have rice with shredded chicken or beef (platter full. This is at least 1200 calories)

3 hours later I have either peanuts, 300 calories of sandwich or if I don't work out on that day I skip it.

After workout I usually don't eat for another hour or so and that's when I have dinner. Usually rice with chicken (grilled) or lasagne.

And 20 mins before I go to sleep I eat 5 weetabix (it's wheat with milk. So the biscuits are 680 calories and 22.5g of protein )

I always do split with heavy weight (4×8-12 reps) including 1 set of warm up.

I do:
chest /triceps
Back/ biceps
Off
Legs (with 5x 10 squats)/ abs
Shoulders/ forearms
Off

Definitely not enough food, and not enough protein brother. I recommend starting to weigh and track things and getting a calorie tracker app like myfitnesspal. you are eating much less than you rea.ize and you'll never know your needs unless you start counting and tracking things
 
welcome to adrenaline rush bro... great to have you here! lets get to your question...

brother your diet, as i suspected is the culprit here... im not sure what your definition of eating big is as you said but that's FAR from eating big... that's your main problem right there.. if your diet was on point, you would AT LEAST get to 165 naturally... that's how bad it is in its current layout...

you cannot start using steroids when you are that far underweight.. you are setting yourself up for big problems... you will grow far too fast and really only to natural potential... you never want any cycle, especially your first to be one when you are in that condition... you will be extremely susceptible to injury with high frequency as well... the best thing you can do is get your diet fixed... post it in the diet section to get the help you need setting it up...

you can use sarms along with your diet to help ensure muscle growth but in a far safer way... read my articles on sarms at www.pureessencesarms.com.... everything can be shipped to you to the uk with no problem whatsoever... here is a strong stack for you to start with..

Man..not to beat a dead horse, but you are in no condition to do AAS of any kind. You are too young, don't have enough workout experience, and your Diet needs to be refined.
 
Ya im there too diet is way off. I barely see any rice or sweet potatoes no lean beef or fish chicken sometimes it seems. No eggs or egg whites. And ya you dont skip meals. You eat the same whether u lift or not that day. And i dont see any veggies really either. No nutrients at all. No post workout protein shake. This needs to be fixed before u start to see some real results
