Getting back in it!

Hey guys,

First off... I hope I'm posting this in the right spot. I was reading "Basic etiquette for new guys" and think this is where I begin. If not, I apologize and will repost elsewhere.

Back a while ago I posted looking for guidance on some stacks I wasn't familiar with (reference link below). I did end up purchasing all of the products discussed but didn't end up starting the actual cycle until the following spring. During that time I was injured in an accident where I injured my back very severely and also fractured my shoulder amongst other things. Regardless... after all the healing, PT, etc. I will have my medical release on April 12th and be allowed to be fully active again and get back into heavy lifting.

Over the coarse of the last several months and being inactive I have lost quite a bit of weight from my inability to maintain (was 225 and am down to 197). I am looking very forward to getting back into the gym. I need to build this back up slowly since my mobility is still not 100%. I am getting older and am looking to get into more serious things. Please use my link below as a reference to where i was at before. I still have the PCT portion of the cycle as well as a little bit of the other items. I dont recall what off hand but if you need to know i can update this on Thursday since i am currently out of town.

Any and all opinions/help and references are wanted and accepted.

Thanks in advance!
