Hey guys, do gda pills actually help muscle growth? If they do how much do they help. Do they have any benifits if on cycle ?

no.. have you done any research on them at all?? A glucose disposal agent is for helping to get you healthier blood sugar levels... it will promote healthier blood sugar levels and could help with fat loss but i would not expect the world from it whatsoever.. if you think a 25 supplement is going to do something drastic then you would be extremely naive...

As Dylan points out, this supplement is not going to do anything big for you. If you have extra money you are just wanting to spend then it is fine as far as I can see but if you are hoping for muscle enhancement out of this, you are going to be disappointed with what you get

It might help you stay fuller and your muscles better rounded but in terms of pouring on size and muscle prob not. It’s actually cheaper to buy the main ingredients alone off Amazon than to buy them in a mix. Alpha lipoid acid, chromium, bannanaba lead are all cheap when you buy them alone and will last longer.
