Gains keepability on sarms?

Hi everyone. I'm wondering if it is possible to keep all the gains you make on sarms with proper nutrition and training or will you lose some no matter what? And if so how much will you lose and how much can you keep? (after you have properly ran your pct)

you realize how impossible the question is your asking to answer?? noone controls what you keep but you... sarms gains are far more sustainable than steroids due to the fact there are minimal side effects and very very low suppression, so of course they are very retainable but everyone will have a different answer.. NOONE controls how you eat, train etc. while on or off cycle... thats up TO YOU

It's all up to you what you gain or lose bro. I will tell you this......if your diet is on point, your training is on point, and you do a proper post cycle.....you have the best chance at keeping the majority of your gains or even all of them. Sarms are going to be far easier gains to keep than any steroid gains as well. It's pretty much inevitable that you will lose some gains from coming off steroids, but that's not the case with sarms
 
I have to agree with what Rick said! I did my first cycle and didn't take my diet as serious as I should have! I was not eating enough and was not pushing myself on sets. I got on here and dudes like rickrock and the 44 are always preaching about this exact things. I did them. Ran the same cycle. Got stronger, bigger, and feel like my diet this time was large contributor to that. Listen to the ones who speak often bro, they know what they are doing!

keeping gains on sarms is easy if you continue to keep your training and diet in check, however steroids are another story.

I would say I've easily kept over 90% of mine, probably higher
that's because you realize the importance of how to train and eat off cycle as well... people get caught up in just keeping things without putting in the effort when the cycle is done... your a good example of how to do it right... if you do, then absolutely you will and can keep the majority of the gains made... they dont just disappear unless you force them to
 
Anytime I start to slack, I think about how much I've spent on sarms :)

that always motivates me
