what's up fellas, going to try to make this brief as I got to jet for work but can always answer any questions. firstly age 37 stats 6'1 200lb (I don't look 200) have a tall athletic build, you can tell I work out but am no where where id like to be. Hit gym 6 times a week all blood profile looked good, lipids starting to creep up. been on trt 140mg test (doc prescribed) since feb and last blast before that was a while back of just 500mg of test. (there's a sense of responsibility with older age that less is more that is wasted on the youth, its almost a good second reason for the youth not to touch this stuff)
anyhow, I'm starting my second week of
400mg test enth
and 200mg tren enth dosages split up mon morn and thur afternoon.
really want to keep tren sides at a minimum and being this is first time I'm sure most here won't recommend to do more.
I have aromasin at 12.5mg eod I have my caber at .25mg every 4-5days I'm starting a bevy of cholesterol protection protocol...niacin/cardarin/cholestoff/psyllium husk cleaning up my diet even more adding in more cardio
trying to truly be as responsible as possible and really get the most of this cycle but cautiously
my main question is this
would 200mg test/200mg tren be better since Dylan typically recommends same test for tren?
300mg test/200tren?
300mg test/ go up to 300mg tren?
or stay where Im at 400/200
I don't necessarily want to lose weight as I feel I like too skinny at the 190lb range..maybe just right at 195 if I add muscle mass and lean up...
sounds like recomp is my goal huh? anyhow thanks for reading all.
i plan on going back to trt after this cyle and not doing pct, so recommendations on how to transition back on the 10th or 12th week would also be welcomed.
