I've went through and watched many of your videos and have been reading lots on this blog.....I've learned a lot!, with a lot more to learn. I'm seeking advice on my first SARMS cycle. I'm not sure on my body fat% I can see my six pack with pretty good definition. I've been training for many years, but have never cycled. I hold a pretty good diet and exercise. 35 years old 5'9 185lbs decently lean. I'm looking to cut up more add definition and maybe a little size....not necessarily a bodybuilder body. I've read posts with similar goals to mine but wanted to make sure I do things right. Should I get blood work before starting the SARMS? Thanks for your help!
