Hello there and welcome everyone showing intrest and willing to give some advice.
First off I'd like to thank Dylan G I have watched countless hrs of your videos on youtube, and its a great help.

Im located in Australia and was wondering if there are any sources here that can get to me safely?

I have been training for many years, im 26 and want to take it to the next level. But i want to do it safely, my mate takes tren and prop with no AI or pct and i said stuff that!

All i know so far is that my first cycle should be test(not sure what type) run it with an AI? For no more than 12 week? And must be followed by a PCT.

Any correction and advice with greatly educate my knowledge

you are right about the first cycle test, with AI, 12 weeks, and full PCT after. thats spot on. but are you ready for TEST? what are your stats?

Been training for 4 years properly in gym and 1 year before hand doing bodyweight.
I study almost everynight and have nutrition down pat.

hey bro... im happy to help but i need to know your main goal from the cycle... you never really said...

also, you cant have nutrition down pat at 13% brother... trust me there... you may have some nice knowledge but there are changes that could get you lower unless that's where you want to be... let me know the goals to your cycle so i can help...

I am only 13% because i just came out of the winter bulk 😆
Will start dieting again i usually sit around 8-10%
Goals for a cycle would be to put on hard lean muscle, be crazy aesthetic.
