First time cycle, counsel on SARMS, and PCT

Greetings.
I have decided to try my first cycle of SARMS and appreciate everyone's feedback and advice as I am definitely considered a "newbie."

Sex: Male
Age : 40
Height: 6'
Weight: 168 lbs
BF%: ~16%
Training: Consistent weight workouts five days a week for almost 5 years, currently no cardio.
Past PEDs use: None
Current Supps: creatine, ashwaganda

Started out almost five years ago at 198 lbs and over 24% bf, got down to 158 lbs and 9% bf, was recommended by one of my gym friends to cut out cardio and concentrate on big lifts and eating hence my current stats. Looking to add as much muscle as possible on first cycle, take a break and possibly lean out for second cycle. Main concerns are suppression and shutting down my own test production. Have had ED side effects while on Propecia in my 20's which persist mildly to this day but no longer on it. No current hormone levels, highly suspect low test levels. Is it advisable to test hormone levels pre, intra and post cycle?
Looking at taking MK-677 and RAD-140, would like recommendations if these seem right of me or not and dosages for cycle and post cycle counsel.

Thanks for you time everyone! Cheers!

Correct me if I'm wrong (I probably am) but couldn't you take a generic form of cialis (tadalafil) for your ED concern. I have heard of others taking it during their cycle

With your current issues I highly recommend getting a hormone panel done before even considering cycling to see where your levels are

Thanks, RickRock. I do have a panel from a few years back that I might be able to dig up but nothing current. Once I do get hormone panel how would I interpret the results to decide if moving forward is a good idea or not? Any recommendations on how to word it to my doc for the the panel to be run? Doubt he'd go for it if he knew what I was up to... Perhaps bringing forward my testosterone concerns?

Already take cialis on occasion, so this is not my main concern.

Just tell him about your symptoms and that you have concerns your hormone levels may be off. That's more than enough reason. You can post results here and we can help you interpret them

a panel from years out wont do anything for us to help you... you need to get one now before you do anything else

Went to Doc today to get lab requisition for hormone levels and as expected it was like pulling teeth. I was lucky to even get what I got. In the end I walked out of there with only a requisition for testosterone levels and nothing else. Trying to find the silver lining and find comfort in the fact at least I will know my testosterone levels. Wishing I could write "full hormone panel" on the requisition beside where is says "testosterone level." Man it's frustrating. Guessing that testosterone levels alone will not be enough information. Does it matter what time of day I have this test done?

Thanks for posting that resource Dylan ... I too have experienced the same "3rd degree" by my own doc's when making a similiar request.

most people do and thats just bull shit... its YOUR body and if you want tests done then no questions should be asked... i hate that shit.. some people just want things checked periodically and thats the RIGHT thing to do...

Thanks for the link Dylan, I really appreciate it. Unfortunately for me I live in Canada (I probably should have mentioned that in my intro) so I don't think there are any collection sites near me. Any fellow Canadians out there that can recommend how they go about getting testing done in Canada? My doctor is definitely not on board.

Hello all, it has taken a while but I finally found a mail in pay service here in Canada to run my tests, there are several to choose from with varying price points. First, "Male hormone advanced" which covers Testosterone, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), Free Androgen Index (FAI), Oestradiol, Prolactin. Second, "Male hormone plus" which covers Testosterone, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), Free Androgen Index (FAI), Oestradiol. Third, "Male hormone test" which covers, Testosterone, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), Free Androgen Index (FAI). Which test is going to yield the results necessary to determine what path I should possibly take for my first SARMS cycle? Thanks again guys for you time and advice.

These fucking doctor's are a joke. Like the bill for the testing is coming out of their paycheck. It's like they want to keep everyone in the dark about their health, but are happy AF to get you on a bunch of prescription meds that enslave you to big pharma. God forbid you should be proactive.
