First SARM cycle for a girl

Hello girls and guys. Very glad to be here.

I have read a lot about sarms and it seems to me to be a safe method in attaining what I want.

I was looking at the triple stack, Ostarine, Cardarine and S4.

Will it be a good idea for a female like me to use the triple stack? Also what are your ideas if I add GH to the mix? Let's say a low dose of GH...1 iu eod?

absolutely on the stack but there is NO REASON whatsoever to add hgh in there, not in the least...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to workout or a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 mk2866 12.5 mg per day the first two weeks then bump to 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

The HGH I was thinking of taking it for health related purposes. Bad idea? Heard and read it has many benefits. I miss the 'feel young' feeling. hahaha

you can use it but completely unnecessary... you could also try mk677 for the same type of thing but i dont feel either is necessary for you to be honest with you! you are very welcome, im happy to help!

The triple stack would be perfect for you. It's extremely popular and effective for females. I agree with Dylan on the GH. I do t see the point in using it as a female, and id honestly jist try the triple stack for now and I'm sure you'll love the way you look and feel on it. You can always add in mk677 later on starting with a lower dose

Why do we taper up the dose of Ostarine while we start at 50mg per day on S4. Is that because Ostarine somehow acts differently in the female body or something?

ostarine is something that women need to ease into and assess... it has the possibility of changing menstrual cycles and possibly enlarging the clitoris... it is not common but it can happen and so you have to assess first

It's a lot like how we tell guys to start with test only and start with a lower dose. Everyone is different and you need to assess your own personal tolerance. Females normally have no problems at all with sarms, but in rare cases there can be some sides so we always recommend easing into it
