First Post, Stack Review and General Questions

Body fat %: 28
Years of training: Off/On 15 years
Complete cycle history: Test Prop/Mast for 3 months (started to see swelling in feet/ankles; stopped
PCT for each cycle: Never (I know...)
Goals: Increase Test (last results 241.2; Range 240-825)
Supplements: ECA stack
General idea of nutrition: Eating pretty clean, pretty much modified keto around 3k calories daily, down from 315 lbs
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.: I am a Veteran and have TBI and PTSD. I believe this is why I gained weight after getting out (that and shitty diet). I am attempting to get TRT through the VA but my doc says I am in range and fine...

So my goal is to reduce BF% by another 10% before moving to a steroid cycle. I know I messed up prior by messing with Test/Mast. I did not use a PCT and that only worsened my fatigue and more. I would like more lean size, reduce BF, and remain athletic. My body comp hides my poor BF mostly, but I would like to better my appearance and performance. I saw a previous post where RickRock recommended
(this post was 2 years or so old) the following SARM stack:

1-12 SR9009 30mg per day...5mg doesed 6x per day
1-12 S4 50 mg per day... split doses... 25mg am/pm
1-12 GW-510516 (Cardarine) 20mg per day...doesed once prior to workout
1-12 MK-2866 25mg per day dosed once daily AM

PCT (none if TRT)

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day AM

Does this still hold as a solid stack? I plan on going back to a 5/3/1 workout plan unless someone has a better recommendation. I have been doing a M-F push/pull with a higher rep range 12-15; this is how I lost most of the weight along with rucking and rowing.

I appreciate any insight. TIA
 
you need to drop more than 10% before starting a steroid cycle brother... 18% is still definitely too high but its obviously a lot closer... also, you need to get bloodwork done man... if you never ran a pct on that type of cycle, you need to get everything checked first and foremost

here's the stack you want to go with for the most aggressive type of fat loss

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 rad140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

I had my bloodwork done twice after the cycle I ran. Hormones/thyroid functions looks good. The only thing that stood out to me (thats not saying much) was the test at 241 (previously 219) and my vitamin D was low. The cycle ended about a year and 2-3 months ago. I have a VA appointment today, hoping to get TRT but my doc is being stubborn and I can understand why. I just don't think he quite understands that 241 for me is terrible and for him it would be different. I'd share my results further if I knew what specifically you were looking for. My plan was to get into the teens on BF% and start test only until I get to <15%, then move from there. No doubt I can get there, I lost the previous weight with just a ECA stack and the basics (diet/exercise).

You need to go to an endocrinologist
