First Ostarine Cycle

Hello Guys,

A little background about me, I am a 29 years old healthy male who has been playing soccer since 5th grade, almost turned pro, etc.
I started lifting seriously about 2 years ago and on and off since high school years, but serious lifting for the past 2 years, lost weight, increased my muscle mass, feeling good but I finally wanted to get a little boost with ostarine, I have done rad140 1 month cycle, not exactly sure if i gained a pound or two from that but nothing special happened really.

I eat pretty healthy, going to count my macros with the cycle I am about to do.
I am not going to take anything else other than Ostarine.

I am planning to run 25mg for 5 weeks and 2 days
or
20 mg for 6 weeks and 4 days

I am planning to workout 6 days a week ( I have been for the past 2 years, maybe a week off from here and there and something 5 days a week instead of 6 )

Probably going to be doing 6x6 4x12 or 5x10 for my sets and reps for muscle growth instead of strength gain.

Any suggestions? What should i expect if i run 25 vs 20?

2> What is your PCT plan
3> A cycle is 12w. They typically start to peak around week 8
 
nothing you have posted makes any sense... you never take days off of ostarine and it does not even peak until week 8... so it must be ran 12 weeks... where are you getting your sarms? what is your pct?
