First ever experience with Gyno

Took a blood test just a few weeks back (January 8th) for my every 6 month blood draw with my TRT doctor. Had been on a SARM stack for 3 weeks prior to the blood draw, stack consists of:

Ostarine 25mg/day
GW 14mg/day
S4 50mg/day

Also just switched from Test Cyp to Test Enanthate (175mg/wk). Normally when I run any cycle I usually run cycle support, I was told cycle support wasn't necessary while running SARMS. My blood test showed low levels of estrogen and normal levels of Testosterone (20 for Estrogen and 750 for Test). I have been taking Aromasin from Pure Essence about .25ml every 3rd day. However very recently I've felt the area under my nipples become soft like tissue, not hard just more sensitive. I picked up a bottle of Nolvadren and will also stop taking HCG which I feel is a major culprit toward estrogen issues. However I'm a veteran with running HCG and Testosterone and never experienced flare ups like this. SARMS have to be contributing here, if this keeps up I'll be getting Letro. Anyone recommend a good protocol of Aromasin to rid of the gyno flare ups or lower the dose of the Ostarine?

BTW, S4 at 50mg through 5 weeks has hardly effected my vision at all, with the exception of being in a dark room and almost totally blind but no yellow tint or anything like that. Definitely have seen amazing leanness through this stack.

I am very doubtful that it's the Sarms contributing, especially considering your estrogen is at low range of normal. You'd need a more extensive blood test to see what's going on. Possibly prolactin or some other issue.

I have to agree with RickRock here... Something non typical going on here...

Appreciate the feedback. Did something last night which is gross as hell but decided to squeeze my nipple hard and yes, milk started to come out. Definitely a progesterone/prolactin issue going on here. Am wondering what might have lead to this. I'm having a terrible time getting off Lexapro (anti-depressant) right now and wondering if this is contributing. But, have also read Ostarine can cause elevated prolactin. Last night after taking 200mg of B6 I got horny as hell and had a rock for a hard on. I have been taking Somatomax for sometime and also have read where HGH increases prolactin in the body. Next time I get a blood test I'm getting my prolactin checked.

I'm pretty gyno sensitive and Ostarine has never given me a problem so I think it's prob something else.

How much milk came out when you squeezed your nipple hard ? Because any man that squeezes their nipples hard enough will have liquid excretion,.

Not much came out at all. What's weird is I don't appear to have a puffy nipple appearance going on just some tissue below the skin, since taking another anti-estrogen the sensitivity of my nipples has come down just might take a little while to get the gyno down to nothing. Better get my prolactin checked ASAP, I read where anti-anxiety drugs can cause gynecomastia just as much as hormone therapy. Another reason I need to come off the SSRI I'm on.

sarms have NO effect on prolactin in any way... i have seen very rare instances of a small gyno flare but generally it was with misdosing and its very very rare... this is not anything that correlates with sarms... it very well could have to do with hcg etc... im not seeing much of any prolactin correlation but your symptoms definitely point at that.. i would highly recommend getting a prolactin test asap though to confirm

When you say not much came out, do you mean like a small clear drop of liquid came out ? Because if so thats from squeezing your nipples too hard, not necessarily lactation

I'm sure it's entirely possible it's the meds you are on contributing to your issue. You just need to get that blood test to confirm our suspicions and go from there

Definitely going to get bloods for prolactin next Tuesday. I don't encourage anyone to get on SSRI's, it's messing my body up terribly. Everywhere I read SSRI's have too many side effects on the body, and yes high prolactin has been cited in many studies with SSRI's due to the pathways with neurotransmitters and dopamine. I'm getting off Lexapro and hopefully Cabergoline can help with the withdrawals.

If there's any way you can get off of them, I most certainly would. I understand some people need them, but yes they can have some bad side effects. If your issue is prolactin, caber will definitely help you
