Hey guys, didn't do a cycle diary but thought id check in see how you think things are going (10 weeks in).
Cycle -
500mg test e p/w
(Before you ask proper AI and PCT is in place, previously queried in older thread)
my diet was also fined tuned by few of the members also, it looks like this -
Meal 1 06:15 Protein Isolate Shake & Oats
Meal 2 09:00 Multi Vit & 2g CLA,4 egg veg omelette
Amino Acids, BCAA (tabs)
GYM 1Hr
Amino Acids, BCAA (tabs)
Meal 3 13:00 Protein Shake
Meal 4 13:30 CLA 2g, L-Carnitine 2g,Chicken breast brown rice
Meal 5 4-5pm Tuna in sunflower oil
Cardio HIIT or 30 min moderate intensity - 7pm
Meal 6 8-9pm Chicken breast brown rice
Totals 2154 cal 283 pro 116 carb 56 fat
BMR = 2520cal
15% defecit.
Goal = Slow steady fat loss, whilst gaining strength and muscle.
Current status = 6% drop in body fat via callipers (4.56kg/10lbs), scales have only dropped 1kg/2.2lbs (3.56kg/7.83lbs muscle gain)
Bench has went up 20kg/44lbs (something I've been really focusing on, as i have a weak chest) All other lifts have went up substantially also, now changing routine up to incorporate high rep pyramiding.
anyway, heres some comparison pics (first two are relaxed), hopefully its easy enough to see which are before and after lol (10 weeks difference)
I have about 4 more weeks left of cycle, then after pct, ill be hoping on an a SarmsX bridge
