What up. I'm starting my first cycle soon here and will be taking 400mg of Test Sustanon per week. I'm wondering what the dosage of my post cycle meds should be. Right now I'm planning on doing HCG towards the end (2 weeks while on test, 2 weeks once off) as well as taking Nolvadex or Clomid (or should I take both?). How much and how often should I take these? Also, I'll be on .5mg of Arimidex every other day while on the test. Any help or advice you guys can offer will be appreciated. Thanks!
when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
