Finally back on TRT! Question on Clomid

Sorry for the long post.

After 4 months of hell I am finally back on TRT. I had been pulled off my Gel TRT cold turkey by my Endo, I had called when sides were happening and I was spiraling down, and it still took 3+ months to get in to see her! After meeting with my endocrinologist, I have decided to part ways with her as I have lost confidence in her abilities to treat me. She hesitantly prescribed my 50mg/EoW Test Cyp!!! But there are other reasons for the lack of confidence... I won't get into the full details, suffice to say, I have now gone to a medical clinic specializing in men.

I am now on 100mg/week Test Cyp for my TRT. New Doc also recommended an Estrogen blocker EoD and HCG... but I wanted to hold off on the HCG for more research and how I first respond to my Cyp injection for TRT. I had bloods taken after my first 50mg of Test Cyp 3 days after I pinned. I went from a 166 to a 521. My new Dr 3 days later gave me another 80mg, so that should get me to the next shot of 100mg the next week, thus being able to start on his recommended dosages cleanly.

Funny thing is, my Endocrinologist was worried that my Hematocrits, Red Blood Cells, and Hemoglobin was just over the high line. Referred me to an Oncologist/Hematologist... But she would not answer my question as to Therapeutic Phlebotomy being a way to lower those numbers. And the true cause, as my charts showed it WAS NOT in relation to the "TRT" Gel I was using.

My New Doctor was amazed at the records I had of *ALL* my blood results across 4 years, all put in a spreadsheet with charts and trends. (Along with weight, Blood Pressure, Pulse) Upon looking at the diagnosis sheet I keep, he asked two questions. "Have you given any blood ever, and are you using a CPAP for your sleep apneia, as I suspect your not breathing at night, is causing your blood levels to rise to compensate for the lack of o2." (Much like someone living in Denver) He then said GIVE Blood.. (I had 4 days earlier at the Red Cross) and get back on the CPAP, we will draw a CBC with Diff in a week!

Anyway. Here are my questions...

First I will be doing Aromasin @6.25mg EoD (12.5 dropper crashed me) to go along with my TRT.

But in researching this site I see Clomid only in PCT..

Q1: Is there ever a time that clomid would be used say 1 or 2x week During TRT rather than just PCT?

Next..

I am thinking about using MK2866 and S4 (I now have on hand), in order to help with healing of my joints due to my autoimmune disease and my Mysethenia Gravis (Grave Muscle Weakening), I will go with the recommended doses Dylan has put out.

Q2. Being that I am on TRT, what would be the benefit of adding Rad140 to the stack? Will that suppress what is left of my natural "T"?

In the gym 6 days a week lifting heavy. Right now on a Push, Pull Legs routine for a 12 week run.

My goal of course is to get rid of the stubborn belly and back fat, as I have it no where else, but to heal the damage caused by my autoimmune diseases, or at least buffer the damage.

Well two things, your trt will suppress your natural test, you won't naturally make anymore as you are replacing it. Secondly if you are on trt you will not need to pct as you shouldn't come off.

Thanks Joe, I do understand I will not be doing a PCT. Just that I see Clomid tricks the body into producing LH, thus producing "T" naturally.

Perhaps my question should read as such:

Since TRT is for life, would there be any benefit in taking Clomid during the TRT, to prevent my testes from atrophying, and also keep them still producing some natural testosterone.

Gotcha I don't believe they would produce naturally anymore since your body believes it has enough from the trt and if it did, I don't think it would even be worth it. I believe you can use other items to help with atrophy, I believe hcg can be prescribed for this. Curious to see what others think as well.

At 100 mgs of test I wouldn't use aromasin unless your very estrogen sensitive...what did your blood work say..and it's always good to give blood every 2-3 months

CMB, I have been having bloods drawn every 2-3 weeks!

When the Endo took me off my TRT, My Estrogen shot up to 69. And I had to argue to get my estrogen levels checked! I basically told the nurse I AM PAYING FOR THE F'n TEST, NOW PUT IT ON THE SHEET!

I took 12.5 MG EoD of Aromasin, but crashed, switched to 6.25 E3D and now I am at 19 and holding steady. I am having another CBC taken in a few days, and another "T" level test in 2 weeks.

And YES YES YES.. I now give blood to the Red Cross, as soon as they say I am, usually at the 6 week mark. I found SO many positive physical benefits! Plus I am helping others live!

Well if u feel good at the 19 mark, then keep doing what your doing. a lot of guys feel best around 30. it's up to u if u wanna adjust it anymore

Well 30 is the top line for Estrogen in men on the scale that my lab uses. I think my 19 is still the result of when I was on 12.5 EoD of Aromasin and was recovering from the crash of my levels. Now that I am on 6.25 E3D I am sure I am a little higher in the low 20's. That's where I want to be.. As long as I am not growing boobs and crying like a Biotch I guess I am good ;)

Just trying to figure the stack I am going to run now in addition to the 100mg/week TRT (and that's the start Doc said we might move to 150mg/week after my next bloods. Now for the SARMS I have everything in hand.

I am looking for healing due to the autoimmune disease damage.

Yea Dylan will set u up with some mk I'm sure. if u feel good in the 20's I'd keep it there. it's a good spot to be..

Cool.. My free test also shot up, so that is well in the high normal range... Finally after 4 months I am back on track, still dealing with the bad ju-ju, that'll take a few weeks to reverse. Let me tell you I WAS IN A VERY DARK PLACE! When your "T" crashes because they pull you off the TRT and even under Doctor care and they do NOT PCT you, you are SCREWED! All I can say is PCT, PCT PCT!

Guys, stay away from female doctors when it comes to men's hormonal health. Call me misogynistic I don't care. I know now from experience they do not fully understand the needs and what men really go through when they are in andropause and what happens when you cold turkey them off TRT. No male Dr would do that!
