I'm 54, no steroids, lifting for many years. Clean diet for the most part. Upper body including abs are defined but glutes are extremely soft. Even though I do legs/glutes twice a week and sometimes add a couple exercises another day. I'm losing skin elasticity too. I would like to try one sarms if it can be effective without stacking. Maybe two. Any advice from women? I like the tight bikini competitor look. Thx
