Hi, i recently watched your video on Sarms for women. As of now i am currently running a cycle of Ostarine. I have been taking Ostarine for about 3 weeks now, one cap per day dosed at 15 mg. My goal in taking Ostarine is to cut a little bit of body fat while still maintaining muscle mass. I have not noticed any significant changes as far a strength goes, the only side affects i do notice are forms of mild suppression. My question is, since i started at 15 mg for three weeks if i can go ahead and bump of the dosage of Ostarine that I'm taking to 30 mg and asses my tolerance from there. I am in need of some sort of guidance to make sure that i am properly dosing the right amount of Ostarine to maximize my potential for getting the best results during my cut. All advice is welcomed and i appreciate you for educating women on Sarm use. Thanks!
