EXTREMELY Pleasing and Healthy Tuna Meal...

This is one I just put together and it is literally the best tasting tuna dish I have made to date... It consists of One can of Low Sodium Tuna in water,1/2 serving mushrooms, 1 tbsp. brown rice, 5 cut grape tomatoes, 1 serving of veganese and flavored with parsley... I warmed this for nearly a minute and let the veganese get runny and mixed in and it was just amazing...

Calories content is very minimal... 200 calories at the most with nearly 30 grams of protein and very minimal fat, only from the veganese which is organic vegetarian mayo so quite different very good for you... Here is the result...

bro, you will love this one and i have been making something new with tuna everyday this week that is so damn good... my tuna and vegetable lettuce wraps are untouchable bro!
