I watch all of your videos on the YouTube channel and I think they are really informative.
I'm a crossfit/triathlon athlete. Im always looking for ways to improve my muscle conditioning and aerobic capacity, also regular goals such as gainning lean muscle while dropping body fat. It seems like after all the working out I can't drop more body weight.

I usually eat clean a standard crossfit/Paleo diet. I train anywhere from 4 to 6 times a week for 3 hours a day that consist of 2 hours of crossfit and 1 hour of running, biking or swimming.
I'm used to the high volume Trainning but I want to recover better. Improve my conditioning and gain quality lean muscle with minimal or no water retention.
Compounds I've been thinking of be testosterone, equipoise, primobolan and gw501516.
I'd like if I can get a stack put together if it's not a big deal.
