EQ & depression

I was looking over my cycle diary and I noticed that in 1975 I did a cycle of 400eq +200cyp. Each 2 weeks I brought the eq up by 200mgs. Remember now..there was not much info on EQ and we were told it was like injectable dbol. So I hit 800mgs and at 12 weeks am feeling it. I told my buds that it was ok but it WAS NOT injectable dbol. If I am injecting 800mg of dbol I would surely know it!! The last 2 weeks I went to 1000mgs and my daily notes are what surprized me. Jotted notes like..not feeling like myself...out of kilter...not right...is this depression?....I think I am depressed...do not feel so great and am stopping cycle. Layed of for 3 weeks and began 100mg clomid x2. Notes then say feeling great.
Now looking back...has anyone had depression using eq? Is it dose related?

Emotional sides can be pretty common with EQ in some people. It is definitely dose dependant as well. I never experienced any problems with it, but a lot of people report anxiety and depression issues while on EQ. It also seems to accelerate issues that people already have as well

Re: EQ & depression

I just ran my first eq cycle for 18 weeks . I already have anxiety but I couldn't tell any difference to be honest . I was ready to come off though, I was sick of pinning . I did get test flu I think though around week 5 when I bumped my test up . Felt cruddy for a week and it went away . Other than that I had a positive experience with eq .

once you get passed 500mg EQ can bring out quite a bit of depression type sides. But if you already have to have had depression, 350-400mg would be enough.

just make sure you know what your going to be dealing with ahead so when or if it happens, you have already pre-planned it.

Good information and something to be aware of. Mental status is something we should all make sure that we stay aware of. It's not just the physical effects as many of us think.

As for my experience with EQ, I had no problems as far as mental/emotional status. But of course I don't run much at all because I don't want to start getting man parts. Lol

You are right sweetie...we don't want you with man stuff either. For me, the mental is number one. The guys who want big big at any cost will tuff it all out. I cannot and will not. If I dont feel well for one day I cut that out. Your cycle should be fun and exhilarating. What ever gains I get from it is fine.

I can only guess how bad it feels when men take estrogen. Anything that makes you not the real you feels like crap. I am going to lift heavy anyway..gear or no gear. So the gear I choose better make me feel better..not worse. Good words of wisdom sweet!!
