Love finishing with 21's.
My little tweak on it is I do them completely backwards. I start with the full reps, then the top down, then the bottom up. Great pump. You know you have a pump when you can't even scratch your nose. Lol

thanks bro... i see far too many guys trying to do too much too fast.. they set themselves backwards.. they hurt themselves and they have a short lived time in all of this... you start lower, get your form and breathing dialed in, work your way up and that's how you make true gains and have longevity...

Why the fuck have I never tried those side arm hammer strength presses. Holy shit dude!
Just threw that into my chest routine today and I gotta say they are awesome. I can already tell I'm going to be a little sore tomorrow.
Yet another exercise to add to the arsenal. The best part is that it doesn't aggravate the shoulder joint in the least.
