How many of you guys pop digestive enzymes when food intake gets really high? I've heard conflicting views on the need for supplementation of these enzymes. Some claim that your body produces enough on its own unless there is something wrong with your pancreas, intestines, etc.. while others claim it's essential to supplement for proper nutrient uptake. What's your take on the matter?
I personally am not using them atm, though I still have some.
