Hey fam! i've just started my first sarm cycle ever! currently running LGD, GW and osta. (running this for 8weeks) then im doing a mini pct then im running osta and gw for another 8 weeks.
im 21 years old, 188cm and about 87-88kgs atm. i'd say my bodyfat is around 11% ish atm. my maintence is about 2800-2900kcal a day, so im currently running about 2,2-2,4k a day. My goal is to shred down while gaining lean muscle. which is why im running a sarms cycle. Im following my macros perfectly (been doing 40/40/20 (40P/40C/20F) for a couple of months now and it always works. im also doing intermittent fasting (i always do this when im shredding down) i eat 2-3 meals a day. usually 2. However my question here is, since im really new to sarms and i dont really know how they will influence my diet. should i just stick to this and see what happends, or is there anything that would be more beneficial?
since sarms are supposed prevent muscle loss/gain lean muscle and shred bodyfat at the same time, does this mean i can go really low on my calories or should i just run like a -400kcals from maintence like im doing now? or can i just eat my maintence and still shred bodyfat?

i prolly sound like a noob asking all these questions, but i have a lot of knowledge on how my body works and what diets works for me ect, however i guess things can change when u run a drug which is why im just curious :)

any feedbacks would be greatly appriciated!

much love ;*

i would start about 250 below maintenance and assess from there... for a recomp, you dont want to go too far below maintenance no matter what your running...

I think the only other thing I would suggest here is to at least run this sarms stack for 12 weeks. You're investing the money in the SARMS, SARMS needs a good 12 weeks to get the most benefit. I think you'll be better off that way!

SARMS were basically made for dieting/recomping. So as Dylan suggested, keep a moderate deficit and train hard.

It sounds like you already are dialed in.I would not do anything drastic...let your diet strip the fat and your sarms preserve muscle, and use that gw to up your cardio. No more than 500cals. The slower the better.
