Diet and nutrition for someone who works night shift

Im new to this forum, I'm 5'6 163, 19% bf.
Been training for six months, went down from 182 pound.
Now i work in law enforcement witch is a demanding
Job and i work the 4pm-12am shift. I go to the gym at 11am.
Breakfast is a almond milk, whey 25g, frozen fruits, oatmeal
3 teaspoons of flax seeds, after workout another shake without the
Flax seeds. 1 1/2 hrs later chicken breast and rice. Do another healthy
Meals. Now, starving before i go to bed at 1am. What can i eat?
Another shake? Oatmeal? Cant seem to get down from 163 pounds.
Just stuck. Any suggestions on what tonest before bed and my regular diet
During the day?
