Department of Justice scolds LE for Operation Cyber Juice

Might become public might not, I don't know. Buddy told me who is a lawyer that a internal memo distributed to LE, scolded them for Operation Cyber Juice and waisting money and resources on a substance at best is questionably slated as a Schedule 3 substance while there is a massive Opiate epidemic going on. The Department of Justice has little appetite for prosecution of such cases.

very interesting bro... thanks for posting... it has never ceased to amaze me how funds are often misappropriated on a fucking witch hunt by one or two people pushing for it when there's generally FAR more horrible shit going on that should have all the attention focused on it... it makes you wonder...

For once there is good news for all of us, if this is true. Thanks for sharing brother

I doubt it will change much of anything. The department of justice and Le have been at odds for a couple of years on the drug war. Last month the justice department announced new sentence guidlines for drug offences, much more leinant. It looks like the department of justice isn't Intrested in users or middle men anymore they want the top dogs. From what I understand the new approach is to drive the prices so high that it's a strong incentive to get clean or not partake

Just imagine how much more money they could collect in taxes if they legalize gear. Just imagine u could go to the pharmacy and buy all ur gear there pharma grade without any fear of prosecution. Just imagine that !!! No more hiding no more fear. And on top of that Uncle Sam is happy with extra cash in the bank they could spend on some other unnecessary shit!!! Sometimes when I waste my time on thinking about it really makes me angry how stupid we are. People are not going to stop using so might as well collect ur taxes and everybody is happy about it. Remember prohibition???? Exactly neither do I but read about it and saw a lot of movies. How stupid that was!!! Now government is very happy collecting on that. Wow!!! Look at me ranting here !! I must be angry today !!! Lol!!!

I don't think it would be as much fun... I feel like we're part of an elite group that just knows more than others...

At the end of the day a bust is a bust I think. It's all a crime in their eyes still unfortuantly.

Exactly !!! And it really shouldn't be like that at all

Not really, according to statistics only 50% of bust lead to prosecution for AAS, Opiates had a 98% prosecution rate. Even weed was something like 86% prosecution rate.

I got busted for weed when I was 18. It was dropped to a civil infraction and I paid a 100 dollar fine. This is actually quite common now days, doesent even appear on your record. Easy money for the state.
