Right, after doing much reading up I've decided to change my plans and go on cycle first then SARMS later. I've got 10 months to prepare for my powerlifting meet (qualifier for UK nationals) and am going to do 12 weeks on/PCT/12 weeks off/Start cycle for meet.
My stats:
Height 6ft 2
Currently 295 lb
Aiming to cut down to around 240-245lb for my weight class (need to be at 242 lbs for that so can do a small water drop if necessary to make weight)
Current Body fat level: Unknown, but my bathroom scales say 29% (I know these aren't always accurate)
Previous cycles. Orals only. 6 weeks Tbol (loved it), then a later 6 week Dbol run (not a fan).
This time I will be pinning.
What I'm thinking is :-
Weeks 1-6 TBol 50 mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate 600mg split in two doses
Weeks 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Weeks 1-12 GW 20 mg ED taken pre workout or pre cardio on rest days
Weeks 10-12 HCG 1500 IU per week
PCT of Nolva/Clomid/Proviron for 6 weeks (what dosages would be best to run these at?)
During this period will be doing 25-30 minutes fasted cardio first thing upon waking and following keto diet. At that Body fat level I should be able to gain muscle while still burning fat. I know it's not normally recommended for guys of my size to go on cycle but obviously my goals are a bit different.
Quick question though, I've only put Test E as an injectable as it's my first pinning run. Would anyone recommend a 2nd compound to pin if I reduced test back to 300 EW?
And any thoughts on what to go for with my meet cycle (emphasis there would be on strength increases more than size)?
