Tren sucks for trying to gain mass in my opinion. I've never gained a pound on it. It does good for strength and helping fat loss bit that's about it in my opinion.I have never used deca but i would like to see people who used them both to inform me which one gave you more gains and strength
I have no problems doing cardio on Deca whatsoever.One question on the tren compared to deca. Are they both cardiotoxic or negative to the heart? Do one or both enlarge heart?
I am not an expert, but Tren is known to be 5 times more anabolic than Testosterone so it should be a very good mass builder, well better than anything else... So why on paper it's so good to put on mass but people always use it to cut or recomp instead of bulking? Deca must give great size but they are not as clean as Tren, am I right?

You look at a compound like halo and its like 10 times more anabolic than testosterone but literally adds zero muscle mass.
