I compete in powerlifting, therefore my training really revolves around the heavy compound movements (periodized) and assistance is usually a bodybuilding type isolation movement to help my weak points. I have cycled twice in the past to assist with cutting for summer vacations
I do track my calories and macros and weigh my food, therefore I know how to manipulate my diet for surplus/maintenance/excess. I'm currently in maintenance calories as I came off my summer cut and plan on bulking in december as I begin my new cycle.
Cycle History:
First cycle: 12week Test only (about 400mg/week)
Second cycle: 10week Test-P/Winny (about 400-500/wk, winny 50mg day last 6 weeks)
I follow Dylan's PCT suggestions and use the proper ancillaries to protect my organs/health. I do get regular blood work done as well as per the instructions laid out so many times on this site.
I do NOT plan on competing in powerlifting next year, rather my goals are to put on solid mass and strength. I'm not concerned with weight classes at this point.
I was hoping to run this for my next cycle:
Test E - 500/week (250 pinned 2x's a week)
Kickstart Dbol (4 weeks 25mg) or Tbol(6 weeks 50mg).
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD or E3D.
(followed by Dylan's PCT, also I would be taking the proper organ protection throughout etc...)
So with my training and diet tailored to gain solid mass, which of these compounds would assist more in making gains. (Tbol or Dbol?)
