Dad twisted my arm.

Yes indeed. Had my arm twisted into a knot ...NOT.. and promised DrB that I would sign up! I am his oldest at 44 years old. Stand 6'3 and weigh 215. I do not know my BF, but the Levis I bought today were 34x34.
Dad sends everyone his love and hopes that everyone is happy and accomplishing their goals safely.
I skyped with him today and told him about the DrB tribute and he almost pissed himself as I read him the comments. He has good internet, but just very busy. He has 1000 acres with about 200 of fruit growing and a very nice house.

When I was talking to him I asked how was the food and he said he went to Marques Market...which is like our Sam's or Costco and got 100 cans of tuna for $12.50! Sounds familiar, lol
I asked him what he had for lunch and he said 3 cans of tuna with 1/2 chopped avocado,1 harboiled egg,and chopped walnuts. Then he dumps Huy Fong siracha and Tabsaco sauce all over it. I started laughing my ass off and he asked me what was so funny. I told him about the picture Dylan posted. I think you guys made his day.

He has 500lbs of plates with 4 dumbell bars 1 olympic bar, a bench, and a curl bar. Looks like back to basics for him , but he said no problem.
It is funny because a lot of comments about him are somewhat true. He is tough as nails but then sweeter then Santa Claus at the same time.I think when he gets the farming going they are really looking for Vets to care for the wild animals. These folks have a rain forest, and then one side faces the ocean and the other the carribean. They take the enviroment very seriously. No smoking anywhere. They have signs that read "smoking is your addiction not ours.Smoke at home"

Dad says there are Toucans,Mackaws ,Sloths and Monkeys all over his farm, and all animals are protected by the government. Mom did not go yet because my daughter..his grandaughter is training for a bike race. She is going to either turn pro or take a shot at the Olympics. She is riding 50miles Mon-Fri, and trying to be sure she does it in under 2.5 hours. Then Saturdays she rides 120 miles. So mom is her trainer right now.

Dad loved this forum, and is happy that I signed in.
As for cycles I am not so much like dad. I go TrenA at 100mg eod, plus trenHex at 400mgs/week.Add to that my 400 cyp and I am all in.I do diet like dad. Thats all I got growing up ,so it is all protein, good fats and under 120carbs.

My training style is like Mike Mentzer's.
So I look forward to being here with you guys. I am not as knowledgable as dad, but I may be able to throw something in.

Awesome we got drb Jr in the house, welcome to AR. I'll tell you what, your family sounds like a bunch of bad fers. Your daughter bikes 50 miles/day Mon-Fri I mean I'm having a heart attack even thinking about that but nothing a can of tuna and a shot of deca won't fix, lol.

Is that you in your avatar? If so, holy hell. Look forward to interacting with you here at AR and hearing some more drb stories, he has become infamous, an AR legend.

Welcome to AR! Fellow Cajun bro here... I pm'd your dad a few times... Very cool dude... Awesome to have you here as well...

I'm very happy that you signed up here with us! Your father DrB is such an awesome guy, and we have all grown to love him as a brother as well as a father to us here. I can't state enough how much he has offered to everyone, including myself. He is a rare breed and truly one of a kind with how he helps others, and his vast experience of many years on this lifestyle. I'm glad to hear everything is going well with him, and hope he has time to drop in from time to time.

You have a very active and successful athletic family all the way around! That's very impressive of all of you!

Your cycling style sounds more like mine! I'm really happy to welcome you into our family here. If you need anything at anytime just let us know. Feel free to make yourself at home brother

I hope not to disappoint you guys. Like you said he is somewhat like Gandalf...lol. So I am not him, but I will try. I did sit at his knee my whole life, so maybe I absorbed something.
I know that he loved you guys and was so happy to see young guys who were like minded and dedicated. He told me that I could do no cycles until I was 25, BUT, if I finished college within 4 years then he would let me do 10 week cycle. Got my BS in animal science and my present was... 10 weeks 200 deca and 200 cyp, and 2 dozen cans of tuna.. at 23 years old. Go figga huh???? Deca/Test/tuna? I never saw anybody that can scarf 3 cans down in 3 minutes..lol.

Hey bro welcome. Stoked to have you here! Drb gave a load of advice to me and everyone. So I'm sure you'll have quite a bit to share growing up under him! It's a pleasure to meet you and hope to talk to you more.
