It's somewhat of a very vague question. Having a couple drinks maybe once every couple weeks or so? No big deal.....having several drinks on a regular basis is only going to be detrimental and negative to your progress.
I'm not one to tell you what to do, because about once per month I enjoy some drinks socially. Just be sensible and keep things in moderation. Do more than that and you'll have to deal with your own consequences on why you didn't get out of a cycle what you wanted
