First off I want to say I wish I found your videos years ago bro. I've fucked myself up from previous cycles in the past listening to big meatheads that had me doing these ridiculous doses. I've been natural for a long time now. I am 32 years old and I'm in the US army. I'm ready to do a cycle but would like to keep it safe. I'm trying to build lean muscle keeping my body fat low. I am at 15% body fat. My diet is good and cardio great. I know you probably don't have time for this but if you could help me so I don't fuck myself up I'd appreciate it. Going to run test which one I don't know for how long I don't know and the amount? And EQ and primobolan maybe tren ace and deca. Need to know the correct levels and durations. I am 5'10" 230. Thank you and I understand if you are too busy. Also could you do a video on the amounts of test and different types. Thank you. God bless and keep the videos coming! NT

If your 15% BF.... Your diet needs work
Cut your calories to 300-500 below maintanence
Drop a couple %BF
Then do a cycle of :

Test E or C 350mg for 12weeks
12.5mg aromasin eod



PCT
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day

If you are 5'10" and 230 there is no way u r 15% unless you are just straight jacked bro. So some pics woukd help. Plus you dont need all that stuff

You could run just test cyp and eq and have great results. But im thinking you are not 15%

Plz describe your daily diet and amounts of food you plate out for yourself

A first cycle should be test only bro, but right now you don't seem to be in the right shape for steroids. I suspect your bodyfat is quite higher than 15% which is already too high for steroids if you are 230.

You need to get into better shape. What is your current diet? Until you get into better condition you might want to look into sarms, but no steroids right now and you definitely don't need to run anything but test when you do

bro, no offense, but its beyond clear you literally have no clue what your doing... also, your 5'10" 230 at 15%? can you post a pic please...

how on earth can you say your trying to not "fuck yourself up" yet you want to run FIVE compounds and not to mention deca AND tren, stacking nandrolones... are you TRYING to "fuck yourself up" because that's where your headed... your not trying to keep anything safe... your just continuing reckless patterns that you clearly were already on and what that equates is nothing but problems... your going to do far worse than "fuck yourself up" bro... you need to take a huge step back here... i just have this feeling you have not ben running proper post cycles, as well as not using any supports whatsoever... i
