First off I want to say I wish I found your videos years ago bro. I've fucked myself up from previous cycles in the past listening to big meatheads that had me doing these ridiculous doses. I've been natural for a long time now. I am 32 years old and I'm in the US army. I'm ready to do a cycle but would like to keep it safe. I'm trying to build lean muscle keeping my body fat low. I am at 15% body fat. My diet is good and cardio great. I know you probably don't have time for this but if you could help me so I don't fuck myself up I'd appreciate it. Going to run test which one I don't know for how long I don't know and the amount? And EQ and primobolan maybe tren ace and deca. Need to know the correct levels and durations. I am 5'10" 230.
