I’m very inspired by your video was just wondering if you could give me some tips please?

I’m looking to get some clean bulk so I’ve decided to try out EQ and after watching your video you think i should use primobolan
as well and if so how would the cycle look ?

bro, its beyond impossible for to give you any sort of recommendation when you tell me NOTHING about yourself... how could anyone tell you what to use if you dont even say what your trying to achieve, dont give your stats, don't give your usage history? i mean bro, come on... do you tell someone to paint your car and not even tell them what color you want?? think about it bro...

i need your age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history?? goals??
 
I'm 29 6 foot 230 pounds about 27 28 bfi% I'm not fat as that might sound I have a Lil gut no fat on my arms or around my neck and shoulders I do have some chest fat and love handles and I have wheels no fat on legs I want to get down to about 15% bfi and add some muscle it's been awhile well about 5 yrs since I worked out until about a month and a half ago so I hope yall have some advice

You should look at running SARMS and losing BF before you jump onto aas. You will only cause yourself problems running AAS at such a high BF %.
 
27%bf is 27% BF bro. No offense but it's exactly as fat as it sounds. You can do a SARMS stack but you haven't even tried working out naturally in 5 years so I would suggest manning up and giving it a go before using any performance enhancer.

Hey bud, you are way too high on bodyfat to even begin to consider steroids at this point. Your bodyfat needs to be far lower, as it's just not safe or healthy to use steroids at an elevated bodyfat....there is much more conversion to estrogen and higher chance of side effects, Gyno, etc...

Also, you have just got back into the gym and really haven't been consistent with training over a long period of time. You need to get a good handle on being consistent

As far as enhancements go, I would suggest you look into doing a stack of sarms to help you drop that bodyfat much easier, along with building great endurance, and some big gains in strength and size in the process. Your gonna he much more prone to sides than most. Just she'd some weight a bit get it down to around 16 and bellow.

Should be pretty easy if you shape up your diet and through some cardio in.

I wouldn't necessarily go messing with sarms yet either.

your not a "fat ass" so to speak bro but you cant hide 28% body fat... that's near obese and thats no joke.. you cannot use steroids in any way, shape or form... your a long way from that... you need to get to the 12-13% range before you even begin discussing it... i can help you wth protocols to get there but there is no way anyone is going to give you any sort of steroid advice whatsoever... that would make less than zero sense... if your not familiar with sarms, start by reading my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

bro, i can already tell from your picture your body fat is extremely high and the number you gave is pretty accurate... there's no need to go anywhere to do anything... you need to start dropping body fat... dont try to overlook the issue because i assure you, you are FAR over where it needs to be
 
I was using my fitness pal and cleaned up my diet compared to what it was I lost almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks but soon as I started lifting I felt like shit with what it was saying my daily intake should 1800 cals so I had to start eating more or I just felt drained

well your not going to lose weight if you dont eat under maintenance calories, you do realize that right?
