I'm 29 6 foot 230 pounds about 27 28 bfi% I'm not fat as that might sound I have a Lil gut no fat on my arms or around my neck and shoulders I do have some chest fat and love handles and I have wheels no fat on legs I want to get down to about 15% bfi and add some muscle it's been awhile well about 5 yrs since I worked out until about a month and a half ago so I hope yall have some advice

I was using my fitness pal and cleaned up my diet compared to what it was I lost almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks but soon as I started lifting I felt like shit with what it was saying my daily intake should 1800 cals so I had to start eating more or I just felt drained

Yea that's common sense I was asking for advice about sarms I got enough advice in boot camp to know how to train and lose weight but I don't have the time on my hands to do it that away not with a full-time job and family I'm nit worried about aas I'm not trying to be Phil heath just looking for an edge something to help me out I'm not looking for the easy way out I know it take hard work and dedication
