Cycle advice please! Stats included

On November 27th i will begin my 8 week cycle on
S4 25 mg am/ 25 mg in the PM
Lgd-4033 dosed 10mg a day/ 1 serving
Closing with PCT
Clomid 50/25/25/25


Stats
Age - 25
Height - 5'9
Weight - 175
Bf - 12%


Looking to put on up to 10/lbs of lean mass.
Daily macro intake
Protein - 250 to 260
Fats - 53.5 to 60
Carbs - 237 to 260
I try my best to stay away from any walnut oil but sometime I can't help but fry with 1 tablespoon of chicken breast.

Carbs very ever so slightly due to situations of where I am at the time and how open I am to whipping up my 4th meal.

Calories 2470 calories to 2600 calories.

My question I have is how to increase calories.
Do I up my carbs or up slightly in fats with a little in carbs.

Any tips on my success in gaining lean mass I'm am completely open to anybody's voice.

I just want to give a shout out to Dylan for steering me in the right direction towards pure essence.

Well for one looking at your pics id say you arnt 12%. Probly more like 15-16. Which is considered avg.

Also. Did you just come up with number of calories. Did you figure your bmr and adjusted for your activity level?

Are you trying to bulk or cut? Cause the carbs seem a little high if ur wanting to cut.

Did some quick math if you are lifting 3-5 times a week. Your adjusted bmr is 2887 cals a day. Thats just to stay static.

Body fat is more likely a bit higher than 12%. If you're looking to shed some body fat, you'll have to be in a slight caloric deficit. The gear will help you hold onto lean tissue given you train properly. Personally I would take some of those carbs and throw them evenly to protein and a smidge of fats. Just my 2 cents!

I would drop those carbs down a bit bro. Your bodyfat is a little higher than you suspect right now,mand you could defnitely use tightening up a little more and dropping it during this cycle. I would strongly recommend adding in GW and SR9009 to aid your fat loss considerably. They will both stack well with your LGD and S4 and I'd also run 12 weeks for optimal results.

Here is how I would lay it out

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

I second lowering the carbs. If energy drops you can always pick up fat just a tad, say 20g or so

Hey bro, you look great. Honestly if I were you, I'd up the cardio and the intensity. Lift with more intensity as well as the cardio intensity. You're not going to lose any muscle. Bust your fucking ass day in and day out. If you drop a good 6-8% bodyfat, you'll actually look bigger and fuller. Of course lifting with more intensity will help you build a tad more muscle. But I would cycle carbs as well... 3 days low about 75-100g and 1 day high around 350g or so. You'll have to tinker with it but I'm sure all that will help.

I re-read what I wrote which may be confusing.
When I have my meal before I go to the gym I will space that at least an hour and 30 before heading to the gym; for my stomach digestion.

Geez no love for me lol.

I would get your carbs in during the morning and after noon.

Last meal should be no more than four hours before bed. No solid foods after that. Only water

Dinner should be protein and veggies only.

My daily usual last meal is my Greek yogurt, 1 hour before bed while sipping on bcaa's

If u wanna really drop body fat quick i would suggest so solid foods. If u r still kinda hungry before bed you can have 4oz protein shake but w water. No milk or added stuff. Just the powder and water.

My gf just did this very thing. She has dropped 10% bf in 30 days. Just by not having solids after 6pm.

She went from 28% bf to 18%. Which for a woman is like a man going from 15 to 5

Keep carbs around your workout. Try 1/4 of the day's intake before, and then the rest post workout and cut out carbs for the last two meals. Like I said, you have to learn your body. I'm sure it will come in no time. Stick with it!!!!

Before I could only see rick rick and almighty.
How I got my bf% was at my gym on a machine. The hand held gadget.
And my calories I adjusted so to activity level after watching a video on how to count you calories for a surplus.
But then again it was not for a lean surplus.

Ya those machines arnt accurate at all.

Still 15% is about avg which is where it looks like u r.

That number i gave you is your actual adjusted bmr. If you wanna cut first id take the 2887 and subtract 300 cals a day from that and follow the no food after 6 and u will see your bf melt. Then go for the lean gains once u got your physique how u want it bf wise

hey brother... its hard to say with just a side view what your actual body fat is but 14-15 seems about right from this particular view.. there's a lot of debate on eating later, etc... let me tell you what i've personally done for about a decade now and what i have all my clients do, and they drop weight drastically... i am big on timing where some think its bull shit but i know that its not.. you want to space your carbs throughout the day... you never want them all at once... i always start my day with 2 eggs over 1/2 serving of rice and tomatoes and spinach... oats are also a good way to start... then space throughout the day... vegetables at each meal is a great way, rice in small amounts but never an overload, etc... great sources for you... at night, what i always have before bed is oat and wheat bran with 2 eggs again... its been a staple for me for countless years and i wake up extremely dry and feeling great every morning... this WILL NOT HURT YOU BEFORE BED... i assure you it helps tremendously and i like to get in that extra fiber as well... its all an adjustment throughout and it never fully gets dialed in but you will quickly see the changes when you start implementing different methods...
